You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@taskdispatch.app of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service:

4. Prohibited Data — No PHI or Sensitive Health Information

Dispatch is a general-purpose task management tool and is not designed, certified, or approved for storing Protected Health Information (PHI) as defined under HIPAA or equivalent regulations. You agree not to store, transmit, or process PHI through the Service, including but not limited to medical records, diagnoses, treatment plans, prescription information, or any individually identifiable health data. You may use a "Health" category for general wellness reminders (e.g., appointment reminders) but must not include actual medical records or clinical data.

5. AI-Powered Features

The Dispatch bar uses Google Gemini AI to parse natural-language commands. By using this feature, you acknowledge that the text of your commands is sent to Google's Gemini API for processing, subject to Google's Privacy Policy. Do not enter sensitive personal information, passwords, or PHI into the Dispatch bar.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, design, code, and functionality are owned by Dispatch and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your task data remains yours — we claim no ownership over content you create.

7. Service Availability

Dispatch is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abuse, or are inactive for extended periods. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any defects will be corrected.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dispatch and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (which for free-tier users is $0).

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be noted by an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
